He was born in London, his parents were early computer scientists. TimBL wrote the first web browser in 1990 when he employed at CERN in Switzerland.

WWW ( World Wide Web ) is also known as W3 or Web is an information system. WWW is the part of the Internet that contains websites and webpages which may be interlinked by hypertext documents, and are accessible over the Internet.
